Return & Exchange
1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. The goods must have been dispatched or already provided with a postmark within this period.
2. Please make sure that the goods are carefully packed. The goods should not have been used and must be returned with the original packaging intact.
3. Send a request to our customer service at info@balkis-dogbeds.com or via the contact form stating the order number. We will send you a return label, which you can use to send the order back free of charge.
